The closest airport is Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport (AGP), approximately 35 minutes from Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club. For guests who opt for BMC Helix travel support, our team will work directly with you to coordinate all travel logistics for the duration of the program dates, including flights and local transportation.
Marbella in June typically offers warm, sunny Mediterranean weather, with daytime temperatures averaging 75-85°F (24-30°C). Evenings are comfortable and mild.

Spain uses the Euro (EUR). Major credit cards are widely accepted throughout Marbella and at the resort.

Business casual attire is recommended for daytime sessions. Evening experiences call for smart resort attire. Swimwear is optional should you wish to enjoy the resort’s beach or pool amenities.

Please check with your local embassy or government travel website to confirm whether a visa is required for entry into Spain. Attendees are responsible for securing any necessary travel documentation.

Upon check-in, the hotel will request a credit card to cover incidental expenses (e.g., spa services, minibar, personal charges).

As part of the program, BMC Helix offers to cover approved travel and event-related expenses in accordance with your company’s policies. Our team will provide additional guidance directly to registered attendees.

Our team will contact you directly to collect travel details and coordinate logistics, if applicable.

If you plan to extend your stay before or after the summit, additional nights will be at your own expense. Please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to assist with arrangements at the hotel.
